By placing an order with us you are agreeing to the below terms.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our SSL Secured online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
All orders need to be paid for in full prior to dispatch. Payment can be made by Credit or Debit Card securely via paypal.
We currently do not accept telephone orders. For full details of how Paypal send money through a secure server and encrypt your information for your own security, please visit their websites for full details.
Prices
Prices shown include VAT (@15% where applicable) and are quoted in GBP Sterling. All prices include packaging. Delivery charges are not included, please see our "Delivery & Returns" below for details of UK and International delivery costs.
The full price of each garment is stated clearly on the website, the price you see is the price you pay. If we have any promotions then these will also be clear to you and the amount deducted accordingly. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time, any such changes will be clearly written on our website.
Delivery Information
Our Standard Delivery charge is £4.50 and Express Delivery is £8.50, despatched within the UK. Any orders over £35.00 are free of charge. Free delivery offers only apply to mainland UK.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Highlands of Scotland may incur a delivery surcharge. Please e-mail us with your items and postcode and we will give you a quote. We will only charge excess delivery at cost.
We deal with every order as quickly as possible and aim to despatch everything within 2 working days (subject to stock availability). Personalised items will take up to 14 days. Proof of posting is always obtained, sometimes a signature may be required especially on large orders.
Please note a Friday despatch is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery. We do not operate a weekend or bank holiday despatch service. Weekend orders will be dealt with on a Monday and Bank Holiday orders will be dealt with on the next working day.
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.
Although we quote non personalised goods will be despatched within 5 working days from receipt of order, we endeavour to send orders out on the next working day.
We are not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect delivery details
International Delivery
If you are shopping from outside the UK, we can arrange delivery to you. Please e-mail us at info@fairybugs.comwith the delivery address and order details and we will happily give you a quote for delivery.
Returns Policy
At Fairy Bugs Boutique we always hope you will be happy with your order, however in the unlikely event you are not entirely satisfied, we will be happy to give you an exchange or refund.
Please return your purchase within 14 working days of delivery in perfect original condition and enclose proof of purchase. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable.
We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please contact us by email within 7 days from purchase to let us know why you are returning goods wherever possible. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.

The Company’s liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
