Please allow up to 5 working days for your delivery. Personalised items may take up to 10 days.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, stock permitting. Proof of posting is always obtained, sometimes a signature may be required especially on large orders.
If you are shopping from outside the UK, we can arrange delivery to you. Please e-mail us at info@fairybugs.com with the delivery address and order details and we will happily give you a quote for delivery.
Please note a Friday despatch is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery. We do not operate a weekend or bank holiday despatch service. Weekend orders will be dealt with on a Monday and Bank Holiday orders will be dealt with on the next working day.
We are not responsible for items not delivered due to incorrect delivery details.
Although we quote goods will be dispatched within 5 working days from receipt of order, we endeavor to try and send orders out on the next working day.
Every care has been taken to ensure the description and specifications for each product on this website are correct and that colour reproduction is as closely represented as possible. However in some circumstances slight colour variation may occur.
Returns Policy
At Fairy Bugs Boutique we are confident that you will love your purchase from us.
However, if you change your mind you have 14 days in which to return your order to us for an exchange or refund.
Please return your purchase within 14 working days of delivery in perfect original condition and enclose proof of purchase. We are sorry but postage and packaging is non refundable.
Please also indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange.
We would advise that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
Please contact us by email within 7 days from purchase to let us know why you are returning goods wherever possible. Items returned after 30 days will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Conditions of return:
1. Goods returned for refund or exchange must be received in resalable condition and unworn, unless supplied faulty or damaged.
2. Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
3. We are only able to refund postage where goods are faulty.
4. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
