To order online browse through our secure online boutique, and when you see a item you want simply click "order." To view or modify your cart at any time click on "View Cart." Once all the items you've chosen have been added to the virtual cart click on "Go to payments" where you'll be guided through the payment procedure. Is paying on line secure? TOP
Yes we use Paypal. Credit card payment for our services is processed by PayPal, our secure payment service provider. We do not see your credit card details and the payment service provider does not see any other information about you, your security is Their top priority. PayPal Buyer Protection is offered as a way to make our online trading community even safer and more secure. You do not need to have a paypal account to pay for your goods either.
With PayPal Buyer Protection, qualified purchases are eligible for up to £500.00 GBP coverage at no additional cost. When will i receive my order? TOP
Delivery usually takes no longer than 3 - 7 working days (longer for personalised items) But we aim to despatch items the next working day via Royal Mail (subject to stock availability). If it's likely to take much longer we will inform you via email or telephone.
Can I have my order delivered to a different address? TOP
We are happy to deliver your order to a separate address, please remember that we need your invoice address as well. We will send invoice information to your invoice address only. If I live locally is it possible to make alternative delivery/collection arrangements? TOP
Yes of course, if you or the recipient of your gift live in the Huddersfield area then please contact us before you make your purchase and it may be possible to make alternate arrangements. Why is a product still on your site when it is out of stock? TOP
Fairy Bugs Boutique is very sorry if the item you would like to order is out of stock. We do try to ensure that all the items we have available to buy are in stock as this means we will have happy customers! Sometimes an item proves to be more popular than we predicted and sells out in no time, others do not! Usually if an item is out of stock, we will remove the buying option, though sometimes if we expect it back in stock soon we will leave the images. As our orders are placed in advance, it is sometimes the case that when an item is gone...it is gone! Remember though, you can always email if there is an item you require, we may be able to help.
